New snowfall at base 37cm
Snowfall at base this season 1203cm

A little later report today (after powder on green runs yesterday!), and pleased to say that all the resorts have new information up! Must have been reading SnowJapan.... I'd like to think it was the power of the press, but I kind of doubt that.
More snow again, with lots of beautiful snowflake-shaped flakes coming down. A few flakes are still coming down, but very light. The sun is even starting to come through a thin cloud layer... Which would help bring down the slabs of snow on the roofs.
It really has been cohesive snow, sliding off in big blocks. Just hope it doesn’t do the same thing up on the mountain! It’s not the end of the snow, though, as more is forecast today and tomorrow and later in the week as well.
