A cold, mostly clear morning today after yesterdays' monster snow. The snow is sparkly and beautiful.

I am sorry to be late today, but there are stories to be told when the snow is this deep....

After a day of sun, and a little light crust formation on areas exposed to the sun, the snow is on again.

Man, that was a lot of snow (and a sunny day to follow, although more may be on the way....).

More snow again, as it looks very much like Myoko should. The snow has tapered off, and some fog has rolled in as the report goes up.

Another great day of snow gets us back in that Myoko mood. I can't tell you how liberating it is to get the snowthrowing machines going.

This morning is a day to look at your sleeve if the snow continues to gently float down. We had perfect flakes - hexagonal, sparkly, perfectly formed.

When I heard the plows going by at about 4:30 this morning, I got excited; they usually don't run up the long run to Akakura Kanko unless 30cm or so falls.
