joshnii 2
I used the air conditioner for the first time yesterday. Amazing how fast the temperatures change here. Suddenly its got all sticky.
Karnidge 2
It sure is, but we've got away with it quite well until now. (Apart from all that damn rain)
nzlegend 1
Wasnt today a scorcher? Nara among many places had all time records for the month of May. 32.7celcius (Fahrenheit? who knows who cares) but it was stinking hot I think that 32.7 was taken in a shaded air conditioned room aswell as it was definitely hotter than that where I was. I hear Tokyo had their second hottest day ever in May. Quite phenomenal.

Yuki's Passion 1
I dont have an airconditioner for my new place - wonder how long I will last before I have a heat stroke. One good thing Ive got going is the amazing breeze that blows through my apartment. Anybody have one of those "ice fans?" Suppose to be much better on the elec. bill and pretty cool too. If you have one how is it?

2pints-mate 0
I'd really hate being there in the summer. Christ, being in London when it's hot (for London) is a pain enough.
mina2 6
It's another good thing about being in the countryside and higher up - but it still gets bloody hot here as well. I'd hate to have to wear a suit in a city and commute, that must be hell.
