Taguchi, I hear people need to pay tesuryo just to hold accounts in banks in U.S.A if the money quantity were less than their standards.

If the standard were $1,000 and you just have $900 in your account, you have to pay some tesuryo. So maybe they need to pay a lot tesuryo in any case? I am not sure.

most checking accounts want U 2 have a minimum $200.00 in the account at all times. most savings accounts R lower ($100?).

but it all depends on the state and even the bank branch. my bank in chicago charges me $10/month for every month that my balance is under $200.00.

Wire Tranfers R considered expensive and unecessary ($7.95) per wire transfer. so one does furikomi, everybody writes checks.

I have heard it , dizzy.

Even for credit card payments, people in the states write cheques checking the amount at the end of each and every month, right?

It's kinda hassle for banks lol

They just make a direct debit from our bank account in Japan.
