mina2 6
...according to the girls who had the banner on the way to the Japan soccer game tonight. They were explaining what it meant. Did you learn something today as well?

badmigraine 0
I wondered about this one, which was all over some Yamanote Line trains a few months back. It could be the usual Funny Engrish. Or it could be the result of some ad campaign by native speakers in their own country, tied to some television or movie spots as the latest ad-pushed catchphrase. A reversal of the "nothing is impossible" homily. Anyone in English-speaking countries know whether it is the real deal (English fractured by native speakers) or just a sad mistake? sakebomb 0
I learnt that they are obviously familiar with the new "impossible is nothing" advertising campaign launched by Adidas recently. If you want you can buy an impossible is nothing Beckham T-shirt.
echineko 1
Real is "nothing is impossible" right? Anything is possible for meaning
jstepp 0
Maybe they are trying to say two things... the real meaning "nothing is impossible" and also that "impossible" IS "nothing" as if "impossible" does not exist... or maybe Im reading too deep into it and they are trying to spoof Yoda? hehehe

snobee 0
With you Sakitumi - First time I read it a while back I thought "now that's a clever little play on.." Never entered my mind that it was Janglish.
