What I am wondering is how their rental gear compares to say Australian gear. I will need boots etc. (as we don't want to cart them round during the rest of the trip) and I am wondering if I will have any troubles getting say size 44EUR or 10/11US? I have heared that the larger boot sizes may be an issue in Japan, but I wasn't sure what was classed as "larger" size. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks Link to post Share on other sites

If you were a 13 or something maybe but...There are more aussies in Niseko than Japanese. You could also search it. This gets asked every other few weeks Link to post Share on other sites

You can't miss it, sitting by itself diagonally across the turning circle beside the gondola. They have good boots and skis, do good tunes, and are friendly, think I remember they have sizes well over 30cms... Link to post Share on other sites

But I think the best rentals come from Prince Hotels , It seems that the gear they get is sponsored and are the latest models (skis anyway) almost like a demo. that said you can get pretty much anything in a 10.
