They just dont get the snow to share it with cat sking. It used to stay good for days. That area breeds fast skiers everyone there owns a pair of 200s heck most people own a pair of DH boards. There are tons of good kids in Canada. They just dont get as sponsers sometimes due to the fact that they are from Canada. Its sometimes about marketing. Link to post Share on other sites

But for a child of the 80's its hard to beat Glen Plake bombing moguls on those 215's. One spring day I was able to borrow a set of leather boots and skis with cable bindings, and get a day in at Jbel Toubkal. It has one chairlift and one run. I had fun in the snow in Africa. Off track, Morocco is a wonderful country. The people are very hospitable, and there is plenty of winter snow. Link to post Share on other sites

Still tons of jumpers though, Simon dumont and his buddy, Sammy carlson throw down for how old they are, no more sloppy turns from tanner either, so that's good. Shane blows a hip, Hugo does a knee and is finally entering the wrecking realm. There are more big lines in it than last year's Hit List, but still not the huge ak decents from five years ago with what the TGR and MSP competition for stats presented to us. I miss watching guys ski 5k decents and never touching their slough. It's alot to due with the cost of filming I guess. Not to say its not nice to see jibbing becoming the norm off of rocks though... Also ordered The Waiting Game and Respect. Will report upon arrival... A different crew making those ones. Link to post Share on other sites
