mattlucas 0
When do people usually put on there winter tires? I think I'll wait till near the end of November.
sanjo 2
From what I can tell, it's usually a last minute panic when the first snow arrives....
Ocean11 0
There's a weekend near the end of November when you often see people busily putting them on. I always waited for the first snow, slithered to the local garage with my winter wheels in the back, and waited in line with all the other slobs who had better things to do that fine sunny weekend in late November. mattlucas 0
I don't think we get so much snow in November but I guess I should be a little worried about ice
sakebomb 0
After the first accident! Usually late Nov- Early Dec depends on the snow!
HoTRoD 2
For most people is does seem to be something they keep on thinking "I really should change my tyres" but never do until the first snow arrives then it's mass panic.
misorano 1
Good news! Got a set of Bridgestones with rims for under 9man. All balanced etc. All we have to do is put them on and the friendly guys at IDEMITSU will do that for a few sen (Don't want to get my knees dirty)
mattlucas 0
Glad you're happy I've never bought tires but looking at the price
misorano 1
Toque Had to get them as we are up in the upper reaches of the Misorano area. Most place in Nagano were 12man for the same tires. Nissan dealer in Omachi was 11man, but that was only cos we bought the car off them. Ended up buying online.
