Been doing lots of prone holds and situps etc for the last week...feeling a bit better. Tell you what though, riding a motorcycle will ruin your back, mine's been killing lately. Main reason (IMHO) is that Japanese drivers just dont look when turning or pulling out. Im riding down a 2 lane road going around 50-60kil/hr in a 40 going home after work and a car pulls out from a small road right in front of me at a distance that woulda put me through his back window and out the front had I not pulled between that car and a mac truck coming in from the opposite direction. There was no time to break and had I did the bike woulda locked up and slid. I could almost feel the truck brush against me and the car that pulled out in front of me as I narrowly fit between them. Have no idea how I fit through and made it out; quickly pulled over off the side of the road, got off my bike, and couldnt stop shaking for over 30-40 minutes. That scared me so much that I pushed the bike the remaining kilo home. Link to post Share on other sites
