Running up to the graveyard every weekday night and doing a few heart-stopping sprints through the rice fields is helping to keep me in reasonable shape. It seems to stop me getting back pain and other spasticity of the legs that I used to suffer from too.

 

The leggies still hurt after each boarding trip though. But that's a nice reminder of the outing.

I`m in great shape - I run for half an hour twice a week and go riding twice or thrice a week - I figure that`s enough, anymore would be overkill.

 

I don`t lag when hiking for powder and my legs and back feel fine.

 

But since coming to Japan I have lost a ton of weight (7kg) in my legs and upper body, cuz the gyms here are just too freakin` expensive.

Well Sat and Sun I did nothing - a complete lazy git, I was. Just sitting round, eating drinking using the computer, watching videos. I feel just slightly guilty about it now. mad.gif
