SKI 15
It looks like there is at least 1 person on the slopes at Kagura this morning!
tokabochi 9
Matsudai - 0 seconds. Matsunoyama - 0 seconds. I was the only one on the whole lift sometimes.
Tubby Beaver 209
hope its the same on Monday, Ski.....I'm heading up there
Saitaman 1
Centleisure Maiko, Sun Feb 6th - gondola about 10 minutes - various lifts 0 minutes to 2 minutes Nothing major, some of the main courses were pretty congested.
sanjo 2
Thought I'd bring this one back up as I was asking about Tenjin in another thread. Joetsu Kokusai - weekday - no more than 5 mins, often much less and a fair few times no waiting.
muikabochi 208
The only waiting I have had so far are a bit at Happo-one and a bit for the top Gondola at Zao, but nothing major at all.
muikabochi 208
Top tip for Maiko. If you get there and there's a big queue for the Gondola, never fear! Just get that quad next to it, then the second quad up to the bowl area. No need for the Gondola. Not many people seem to realise that when I have been on busy days.
JellyBelly 1
Close to walk-on with no waiting when I was in Hakuba. I think the longest was a 5 minute or so wait for the 47 gondola.
HoTRoD 2
Was in Hakuba this weekend. Pretty busy I thought but only to be expected. Most I waited was 10 minutes for a pair lift bit of a bottleneck on Happo. Will try to get some pics up soon.
Tubby Beaver 209
Inawashiro was not that busy at the weekend, after lunch there was a large queue at the bottom pair lift, but the quad just a short walk up the hill from there was empty and it takes you further up the mountain so we took that
panhead_pete 27
This trip Niseko Gondy - some long waits, others not so bad Hakuba Resorts - none Shiga Kogen - got very lonely Wasnt sure what day was what though.
muikabochi 208
Had a look at Ishiuchi Maruyama today on the way to Yuzawa. Very few people out there. I was tempted to go back and get out there myself.
nagoid 4
Quiet quiet at Nozawa weekdays. No waiting at all, even for the Gondola. Well, maybe a few minutes early morning.
skiwi 0
Niseko 17-25 Feb Wait was between 0-25min. 25min waits were for gondola and Ace 4 quad lift (bottom lift) on busy mornings and when upper mountain was closed. Other Niseko resorts were very uncrowded. no queues Was surprised at some of the queues in Hirafu as in Jan 2010 we had no queues at all. Sometimes it felt a little like queuing at home in NZ. Overall still worthwhile though.
TropicalPow 0
This year I was at Niseko mid Jan to Feb and missed all the queing Skiwi experienced. Longest I waited was 10 mins on Hirafu gondala but mostly straight on and off lifts. Zero queing at the fabulous Moiwa.
Ezorisu 0
Niseko Annupuri 24-27 February No major waits - maybe a dozen people in front of me at most at the gondola.
mitchpee 10
Niseko- The only time you have to wait is in the morning at the hirafu gondola and when the peak opens after a few days of new snow. Other than that no ques anywhere. Kurodake and Kiroro have been entirely empty.
iiyamadude 6
Was at Nozawa for a short while today. No lift lines, in fact, not many people at all. Still fairly regular very small aftershocks in the region every day, that might be putting off a few extra people. But if you want the lower slopes of Nozzle to yourself, now is the time!
