HelperElfMissy 42 Posted August 29, 2010 Share Posted August 29, 2010 I have gotta get off these prednisolone tablets, and stop the carbs (advised to eat carbs before the tablet to keep my stomach from ulcerating...great!) cos I feel like a butter ball today - after coming back from Thredbo feeling pretty darn good. Finished the course tomorrow - so hopefully the breathing stays reasonable when I stop and I can get back on track.
