pie-eater 207
Arsenal won and I see Shitty also were banging in the goals.
scouser 4
Chelsea's to lose now. They definitely deserved the win yesterday, all controversy aside.

big-will 7
Just 3 points in the top 3 with 5 games to go. Could be anyones still. I'm sure there will be some drama left, lets hope so. If it's goal difference Chelea and United have the edge. Looking difficult for Liverpool to get 4th now.

pie-eater 207
Quote: Sir Alex Ferguson could spring the surprise of the season by including Wayne Rooney in his plans for the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich on Wednesday. The Manchester United manager said Rooney would be sidelined for ‘two or three weeks’ after suffering ankle ligament damage in last Tuesday’s 2-1 first leg defeat in Munich. But Rooney has responded well to intensive treatment and, according to sources close to the England striker, is considered to be ‘moving closer’ to a return. Hmmmmm.
pie-eater 207
Bollocks or not? Would Stevie G move this summer? I heard he wants a close move to Wigan. Quote: IT was the moment that may have broken the camel's back as far as Steven Gerrard's Liverpool love affair is concerned. The look of dismay on the skipper's face when Rafa Benitez inexplicably substituted Fernando Torres with 25 minutes to go in Sunday's 1-1 draw at Birmingham said it all. For the first time since he broke into the first team 11 years ago, Stevie G looked like he wants out of Liverpool. And, with the way things are at Anfield right now, who could blame him? grungy-gonads 54
He must balance the small problem of death threats from slightly angry scousers. My totally uneducated guess would be that if he does move, he moves overseas.
scouser 4
He is looking increasingly pissed off and you can't really blame him.
pie-eater 207
Dream move to Wigan. It's the best solution.

NoFakie 45
Aye, been a good season for the Toon. Even if it is the fizzy pop. They'll go up with worse players than the ones they went down with, but it's all about team spirit. They managed it in that deckchair strip as well! Spurs fixtures look too hard to me, so I think Liverpool still have a chance for fourth. Its them or Citeh. Dunno if it was Birmingham tiring, but the Scousers looked better with Torres off. Burnley were well unlucky with Bolton poaching Coyle, but Laws was a suicidal appointment. There must have been someone better than him. Getting back to fixtures though, but Burnley are a great example of how the order of them can matter. Burnley early season, full team, full of running Burnley 1 ManYoo 0 Late season, zero confidence, squad probably wearing thin, manager already gone Burnley 1 Citeh 6 It was the same with Hull the previous season. They got fifteen points from their last twenty-six games. That was after beating the likes of Arsenal.
mitchpee 10
Hats off to Messi. Astounding performance Would have liked to see the real Arsenal squad play with the likes of Fabregas, Arshavin, Gallas, etc. However, that's the way football goes. If you don't have depth, you won't win.

pie-eater 207
Quote: BURNLEY midfielder Kevin McDonald needed a tonic after being subbed at half-time against Manchester City. So he watched the second half on telly in a boozer! The Scot, 21, found himself one of under-fire boss Brian Laws' scapegoats last Saturday as the red-faced Clarets went 5-0 down by the break. But instead of hanging around to see if his team-mates could restore some pride, he headed straight for the nearby KSC 110 club. Drinkers were amazed when the ex-Dundee star walked in with his family and watched the remainder of the live coverage of the match with them.
