merryJim 1
Got an early birthday present from a good friend last week - complete box set of One foot in the grave. For those who don't know, it's a UK comedy about a grumpy old man. Basically. Brilliant.

RobBright 35
merryjim - can I borrow it after you? OFITG (as it will be known from now) never failed to make me laugh as it was so indicative of my family's neighbours and friends in the local working men's club they went to. Could see Victor Meldrew in all of them, even when I grew up, they still acted the same.
grungy-gonads 54
Lots of the things he moaned at were quite legit. He was a good character. Trying to think of some other old classics. Funny how some age well and some age terribly. Like most things I suppose.
