Been trying to lose some more pounds before hitting the slopes.

 

Today was ham and romaine lettuce in an Italian dressing. That was 1 hour ago.

 

Right now I feel very hungry.

 

This could do more harm than good.

Italian dressing? Could be ok - add some chicken breast, protein is ok as your body supposedly can't digest it if it doesn't need it for muscle. Or add some beans, but warn the people around you. wink
