gerard 6
5 times a week!--that's dedication. I'm going for a jog right now. I guess I'll aim for my 12 km route but I'll probably bail out half way through and take the short cut home.
muikabochi 208
I went jogging last night. Felt good. Wasn't very good at it though. I might make a habit of it.
gerard 6
yep, jogging feels good. Yesterday was a little tough though -when the sun came out in full force and the temp hit 30 degrees. --I took the shortcut back.
FatAndy 0
The last time I went jogging I was at school and the evil PE teacher forced us to go out in the rain on the school cross country course. I never forgave them.
TheOrange 0
I'm just used to it I suppose ger. I feel strange/guilty if I'm not thinking about jogging in the evening. A good thing I suppose. I just wish I could take it to that next level , something I'm finding real difficult

TheOrange 0
Are you still jogging CreekBoy. Cold dampens my motivations somewhat
gerard 6
Seems like creekboy is offline.... 2007 was very mediocre for jogging for me. 2008 is looking better, at least as long as my New Year's resolutions are still fresh. Went for a good 12 km today, 4 of them on sand. Love jogging on the beach. Sure is a workout.
pie-eater 207
Done a bit of jogging myslef the last few weeks. I'm actually quite enjoying it, though still rather short. Just 4km or so. Hope to gradually get that up though. Gambarimasu!
