It's not his fault, it's because the keyboard he is using is a bit messed up AND he's holding something in one hand and trying to punch the keys with the three remaining fingers in his "good" hand AND he is not using his own computer, it's a public one and he is being pressured by the line behind him to hurry up and get out.
