ahh thanks for the articles, i was told otherwise about shin splints. this is defiantly not what i needed.. ffs thanks though, i will keep you posted. Time for an onsen!

lol they are brand new boots.. lange freeride, and they fit really well! shin splints is when your shin has cracks in it, my shin　bone isn't sore, its the muscle next to it its snowing outside and i dont wanna miss tomorrow - thanks for the reply though daver

Hey guys, I have a really sore shin muscle, and i'm wondering if there is anything i can do to help it. it's a really hard muscle to stretch.. and i don't know what has caused it. any help would be great.. as the snow is starting to spew down and i dont wanna miss out!!

its all mounted now, been ridden on a few times here in niseko. i need a longer set of skis! Might buy some 05/06 seths that are for sale in the town for 40,000 yen ( 400 aussie dollars )

The fried pork on a bowl of rice is pretty good @ the king bell at grand hirafu... however, i tend to just go in there to dry out and rest, and do the afformentioned *eat power bar and drink free water*...

Well I arrived in Niseko!! It's awesome here, was snowing all day - It has stopped in the last couple of hours, although i'm hoping it will continue into the night! took forever in transit.. spent a night on the tokyo streets because i'm too tight to pay 20,000 yen for a room that i'll only be in for 5 hours! Would have been worth it though haha. anyway, I think my internet usage will be limited, but i'm here for the whole season ( end of feb ) so if you're comin to niseko feel free to message me on here

Good read.. I was in the same position as your children are in now, regarding the psycho ex wife ( or mum in my case ) I think it's the science/study of the brain type degree that makes them this way, as she thinks she knows best! It's safe to say they will realise what's going on in a few years time, and if anything she is burning her bridges with the children. Hang in there mate! I now live full time with my dad btw .
