  1. Wow you do sound like the expert! Even so, it still doesn't change the fact that if I followed you on my splitboard I wouldn't be able to tell what the conditions are like in Hakuba from anywhere in Iiyama. Shame you picked a bad year snow wise. We can only hope it gets better.
  2. Worse than average season so far, no doubt about it. No argument from me there. But you simply can't tell what the snow conditions are like in Hakuba from Iiyama. That's all. It hardly bothers me if you dislike the area.
  3. From the top of where in Iiyama? And from such a distance, especially to Hakuba, what exactly can you tell? (Apart from almost nothing). Do tell. I have lived in Iiyama for quite a while so feel free to go into detail.
  4. After you finish tossing, I'd have a bit of a rest, freshen up and then go out.
  5. Always find it curious how some lifts have safety bars and some don't. At the same skijo. And on the ones that do have safety, they go on and on about using them as if it's a must with signs and announcements. If so, why are there none on that lift over there?!
  6. Important news of the day is that it is snowing and fingers crossed for quite a bit of it.
  7. Even Myoko doesn't have as much as normal. Nozawa is doing "ok", but in need of celebratory massive dumpage. Similar story to over in Yuzawa by the sounds of things.
  8. Not Centleisure Maiko, which is the old name, but Maiko Snow Resort. So you are right with the location.
  9. Wonder does the longer he stay in this state make it worse for chances of full recovery?
