HighlyTrainedNovaTeacher replied to klingon's topic in General off-topic discussions
Those things are probably just left over from previous initial printings of the books I would think. -
That truly looks mad as nuts.

When I was at a school (elem) they were all messing around with these things - and generally really good as well. I was pretty hopeless that first try, I quickly made my excuses.

HighlyTrainedNovaTeacher replied to HighlyTrainedNovaTeacher's topic in General off-topic discussions
Yes I did gamera. I can understand what you are saying and I agree. But if it is the case, they should either not put their number on the pages or put a clear message there. -
I have been wanting to buy something as a last-minute present for someone, and because of past experiences on rakuten have tried to call some places up to ask them if they have stock or not. (In the past, they have had the things listed on the site, but then said I'd have to wait a month for them to be sent!) Anyway, I just called up one place, apparently a tiny place in Kobe and the guy who is the tanto answered the phone. I told him that I needed it quick and so was checking if they had any in stock and he came back to me with "we're rakuten, an online shop only and so please email us

Take a look http://www.1up.com/do/feature?cId=3138223&did=1 I understand it's place in history, but I never saw the appeal of the Nintenso NES. And I reckon the Dreamcast needs to be higher than it is, get that GBA down below the xbox too.
