Quote: I want to find the man that invented Algol 68 Whoooooooooooooo man HoRoTD why did you have to study that thing. Did you still use punch-card computers at the time you were studying it? Good thing I only have to deal mostly with shell-scripts and some C++. (not very good at C++ yet) Quote: Some guy at my work was talking about that Documentary also...its sounds good if you can say that about a doc. of that content! There are many sites that have the story about the guy. Here is a quite detailed one, has also the picture that I was talking about, in the cage wile on trial. -
Well, the title speaks for itself! Have you had enough with polls that ask for the most obvious answer and/or have been already done to death!

Even in Greece, were I come from, all the resorts have opened since last week!!!! Nihon Ganbare!!!! -
An also funny game that I ve just remembered is called “Dungeon Keeper”. You are supposed to create your own dungeons and defend them from the “good guys”. You are something like the daemon in charge and your cursor looks like a really nasty hand. If your workers don’t work fast, you can slap them to death and see them explode! Really funny game can help you relax the stress.

Quote: Plus the old geezers would'nt have been around binary days That’s true! I got 8/10 cause I could recognize 1-2 of the guy’s in the pictures. The funniest thing is that I knew the Russian cannibal cause I ve seen a documentary about that guy. While on trial, the guy was locked into a cage cause it was too dangerous to let him loose inside the court room. And also to avoid being lynched by the crowds before the trial ends! -

Hi there, I ve just checked the Japanese version of the site and it says prices from 2001 up to present. So this means that the pricelist haven’t changed at all ever since. There is also a train from Chiba (near the narita airport) that goes straight to Hakuba, but it’s almost double the price than the bus. Enjoy at Hakuba! -

From Japanese Techno DJs I like Ko Kimura and Ken Ishii. Have you ever heard their set? Ken Ishii usually does support DJ when Jeff Mills comes for residency in Japan. -
How sick can one be in order to create a game like this???? JFK Reloaded They even give a 100000$ price if you get the best score.

Mostly psy-trance and German hard trance. Japan has a quite good trance scene, been partying last night at Odaiba. There was Etnica, Kox-box and X-Dream playing live there. Also some drum n bass from time to time, used to dj D n B while in Uni. -
I ve also heard about the Guy in Korea, he was playing Diablo 2. If you like games like RCT you should also check Civilization 3 Sims (the new version) Theme Hospital (old but funny) Pharaoh Also really addictive but a bit deferent Warkraft 3 Diablo 2 Starcraft brood wars Baldurs Gate Make sure you have a phone near by the pc to call for pizza and 2-3 bottles of water, if you don’t wanna and up like the Korean guy!!!!

ST2 was also in the theaters but only for 1-2 weeks. I wanted to go but they took it down too fast. Geeee.... I wonder why????? As for the story the same splater men eating bugs as the first part. If you ever played Starcraft in battle-net you will love these movies!!! You can identify Zergs and Terran!!!

For really really bad, cheesy, big time laughing movie check the “Starship Troopers” and of course the remarkable sequel “Starship Troopers 2”. Also if you just have time to loose check out “the core” probably the worst movie after “independence day”. Enjoy

Thats really sad in deed. In ancient Greece the punishment for killing a dolphin was death! It was considered to be a divine animal and was treated as equal to men

I mast admit that I do shopping here in Japan almost at the level of a fashion victim!!! If you live in Tokyo you have a vast selection of shops and areas to go shopping. I my self prefer to go shopping at the Harajuku-Omotesando area. They have all the brands I could find back home and sometimes the prices are better than abroad. It depends of course from your stile. You cal also check the Simokitazawa area for some cheap shoes and second hand clothes or the Sinjuku department stores if you have that extra money to spend! Unfortunately I don’t know much about Fukushima.

I think they have anouced it for the end of 2005.

You could also use "abunai" = ahbuunee that means dangerous or watch out, depending on the occasion. You will need it for the people that just sit in the middle of the slope at the exact point they fell 30 minutes ago! Really common view here in Japan. -
I used to drink this thing when I was younger but not much any more. It is too sweet and not very strong for my taste now. I prefer some tequila or rum or bourbon. My favorites are “Olmega yellow”, “Captain Morgan black” and “Southern Comfort”.
