The food and services were both uninspiring. Even though I didn't expect much from a restaurant such as this, some of the waiters there obviously didn't know what they were doing. I hope they are better since I was there but I don't think I will be going back in a hurry if I can help it.

There is nothng which implies creation. Had I wanted to indicate simply 'ability to create', I would have just said 'artist'.
