I am standing up for what I beleive is right and just. double standards? hypocrisy? no one is perfect least me, but smoking is exceptional and unique example. I can except almost all things but smoking I can not and will not. enjoy you rebellious pastime your are a free man, what you do in private in your business, but dont do it in public where it is offensive. It is as simple as that. As for banning other things. things that I like....Cars? Alcohol? rugby? snowboarding? skiing? scuba diving? hiking? eating

  7. wow I opened a can of worms here holy smoke!(no pun intended) firstly Ocean get off that high horse off yours and come down and join the rest of us. I have a problem with Cigarette smoking exclusively, I dont give a rats arse about butter, alcohol, cars, or anything else you want to ban, my focus is purely aimed at Cigarettes. Dont go jumping hysterically to conclusions and name calling, I am not a fascist and I am certainly not a puritan nor I am an anal retentive bore, I am tolerant of Gays, endorse pre martial sex, enjoy drinking, drive fast, swear and blaspheme, respect religions from
  8. Good on Bloomberg, the Mayor of New York for banning smoking in Bars. Outstanding! Smoking is an evil protected bastion of society which frankly has run its course far too long. The day smoking is banished forever will be a day of joy for the world... Do you support NY and California in the no smoking policies

Smelly! I beg to differ! many of them wreek of ciggie smoke, god I hate the stench of cigarettes, I try to get a cab with a non smoking driver if I can, if the dude is smoking in his cab when I approach then I would rather walk. 11. Anyone else here a swimmer in Japan......are you like me and highly frustrated??? Swimming is such a patience thinning frustrating experience here. Obasans get in the fast line and breaststroke, people standing at the end of the pool wait for you to just get to the end and then take off right in front of you! and you have to stop because they are super slow....so frustrating!argh!
  12. absolutely...if you are a racist arrogant a-hole in Japan it seems your destiny is to be a TAXI driver. (but on a few rare occasions I have met a few jovial ones who have a good laugh with you) And being a taxi driver gives you the right to park anywhere, esp outside my workplace where at times they block the whole drop off area/taxi/bus stop outside the train station cars struggle to get passed them and buses honk their horns at them.

I think audio cd files have extension .cda For windows the best quality native digital audio files are WAV, wave files, if you look at the details propeties it will just say "audio" Apple uses AIFF Audio interface file format Its really complicated stuff, I admire programmers who design programs like Nero who understand all this stuff

Your sony Vaio will play it obviously as its a computer and computers play MP3's. Your region free DVD player will play it as many DVD players have the ability to play mp3, my DVD player can do it and has a mp3 sticker on front. Your other CD player d

During the rest of the year most of my commuting consists of 20 minute bike rides around the city-I do my best to stay off the train or subways. Yes sir Johnny Appleseed! and that commute sucks even more when the morons put you right up in the front seat, th
