Okay the best one for good toilets and free is Cortina if you pull in before 11 you can have an onsen although its pricy. Toilets clean and warm.

If you have chains and or snow tires you have to drive as the conditions permit. I too have seen too many big 4wds trucks in the dicth. I once saw a damm salt truck that tumbled off the highway, the damm thing had tires and chains. As for the tire type, as everything in Japan usally comes down to bureaucracy, meaning they want one type and no exceptions, it is "shoganai". Even though we and everyone knows better.

I would rather have some guy telling someone to chain up, rahter than have them drive on the highway on crappy tires like an idiot. The best thing is snow tires. But chains are good if its freezing rain.

if girls need to go to the bathroom it is about a 2 to 5 min walk to the toilet at the lifts. I dont know about the other one.

Ok sorry just when people say off piste its gets mixed up a lot. I consider everthing at Cortina inbounds or just out of the course. When I hike somewhere out of the area and have to hike out or back to the resort or camp thats Off piste to me. I will make my first trip after I get back from Canada so if things keep going this way its going to be a great early start, for me that is.

If I give you this and you dont already know about it I expect a thank you. Since Happo has the ski jumps the parking there is free and you can ski doen to your car at the end of the day. dont tell too many people. Beside the big ski jumps near the big stairs only free parking at Happo, that I know of. Nice and dark but no tolets anymore. Ps bring a shovel for snowy days to get out.

Ocean November variable conditions. but you must admit this time last and more so last year around dec 15 we were begging for snow. At this pace the trees will be ready for good xmas sessions, maybe earlier. Clascification off piste means outside the area bounderies off the trail means inside the bounderies but not marked.

No wider than Fernies bowls or whistler 2 lifts in the right place could do it I think.

got well over 70000 but I played it a little too much best 20000 in one go.

I cant believe people were worried a couple of days ago about snow. The Alpine sections have a base of up to, or over 100 cms thats, 100% more than last year. Relax, enjoy its only Nov 14 and things ae looking good. Knock on wood

too bad 47 to happo would be a dream area to ride in.

Yeah got kendo test and going to canada for a week with mom and dad then back to sking catch you in dec.

Sent you a mail barok about the parking keep it a little quiet between friends. Hope to catch up with you there will be sking with the wife but she is quite good just needs a day to get the legs in shape.
