I am not in there at all but am doing my best to provide relevant and information about our favorite foodstuff!

Cheeseman is cheeseman. Not Wizz or some other character on here. I must stress that.
-
Why? Cheese has no boundaries. I choose my cheeses without thinking of the nationality of the cheese. Talking about the UK thought, there are of course some wonderful English cheeses - as all cheesefans know anyway.

Party in Hakuba 2/21-2/23

Do you plan on putting on a good cheese spread? -
Now if there had been a big table full of all the cheeses - both popular cheeses like Cheddar and Edam as well as some less well known varieties. If that had been the case, everyone would have got along and I'm sure some good Cheese Songs would have been heard during the early hours of the morning as all the revellers start talking about their cheese experiences and everyone becomes friends.

Well thank you cheesefans. I knew I was quite popular getting top marks on the rankings (1 star!) - I am happy about that. Quote: i've heard that he may be someone else on the board as well No, I have only 1 account, there's only 1 cheeseman!

Excellent topic! Well, I have 1 star so it seems I am popular and at the top of the bunch! Come on cheesefans!

You've gotta fight...

Nope, we don't like fighting. The concept is all wrong. Eat cheese, that's what I say. It will be the cornerstone of world peace! -
Gripe from the working class
cheeseman replied to mogski's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
It always amazes me at how verstatile cheese really is - and not just as a food! Apart from being delicious and nutritiously nutritious - and fun to each with friends or even strangers - it can be used for other important tasks also. Isn't cheese great? (I can see some new cheesefans emerging here....) -

Gripe from the working class
cheeseman replied to mogski's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
Quote: Would it help to eat more cheese during the work week..? Most definitely. Cheese is not only fun and delicious, but very nutritious too and good for everyone. It's also a wonderful food to eat together with other people - even those patrol people that some people on here don't seem to be too keen on. Nibble on a cheese snack, and the problems will just go away! Like magic! Thats "Cheese Magic"! -
I don't know, but if they are I would like to pitch my idea to them. As I have explained before, a modest looking "Cheese Stand" would go down a treat with cheese fans from all over, and people would flock to the resort that picks it up. Not only will you be providing skiers and snowboarders with nutrition and energy for their skiing and snowboarding (respectively), but they will be happy and make friends and the kuchikomi value alone is massive. cheeseman replied to enderzero's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
Listen, here's my advice. Why don't you just all sit down round a good cheese fondue one night and let the cheese do it's work. Apart from having a fun and nutritious meal, you're sure to end the day on a high note - and all will be friends. Cheese saves the day once more. -
Off to France!

Bring some cheese back will you? -
Any cheese fan is a friend of mine. So much to discuss, so many shared beliefs and values, so much fun to be had with the fun foodstuff. It's nutritious too!

I can point you in the right direction for some yummy - but nutritious - restaurants making the best use of cheese.

Best breakfast
cheeseman replied to zwelgen's topic in Snow talk, trip reports, Japan avalanche & backcountry
Cheese bread satisfies a treat!! Delicious, nutritious and fun! Great to eat with friends, and even on your own, unlike other fun foodstuffs. I usually have a good big chunk of cheese to get me going in a morning, along with a cheesy bread snack. That's what the body wants before a good workout! -
I think he's found that elusive cheese snack store on the slopes, and he's just living in.

Everyone.. sit down, take out a chunk of Edam and nibble on some cheese biscuits. That'll calm you down a treat. And its delicious and nutritious too! -
I have an Olympus C3030. I like it a lot, apart from the shape of it - it's a little square and bulky.
