How popular/busy was Niseko back then?

I can understand what you are saying Man, but I think it is going to be difficult for them. Hardcore is a much smaller market than casual. Personally I'm not into these huge games, but I do enjoy the simple games on ios. And some of them are surprisingly good. I would say that they are getting better and better and some coming close to what you can buy on a DS etc for that 4000 yen.

Most people who are not in business simply can't appreciate 'the cost of doing business'. Understandable, as sometimes even I can't believe it at times and I have to pay it. Doesn't mean that there might be some companies 'taking advantage' of a situation, but it's often more complicated than people just looking at the price tag will realise. People exploiting loopholes etc simply in the long run adds to the cost of doing business.

OK so I am in the very early stages of thinking about a trip to Japan. Snowboarding is part of the deal of course but I'd like to check out a big city too. Question is which one. Tokyo or Kyoto.
