    2014 was shit in comparison to most years. Just go back and you will get it good. This year ended up with decent totals but it was stilla shit season. 3 weeks of nothing and then a 2m dump makes the totals look good but doesnt make for a good season. 99% of people got skunked in 2014 so dont think it was just you, we all felt the pain ;-)

    I just wish tsugaike kogen would simplify his posts a bit. Theyre a bit long and it gets boring reading them from start to finish.

    I think I was riding the ridge between 1 and 2 and went off a drop about 4m. Totally unseen, the first I knew of it was air time lol. Thank god for powder!!!

    Nope. Its all up market style accom/dining. Also I think its a place to go to when the weather forcast tells you to rather than setting a date as its seems to be bulletproof more often than not

    Tomamu definately has some decent pitch through the trees. A powder day there would be insane, unfortunately for me Ive never seen more than 1cm of snow during my limited time there. The surrounding countryside is some of the prettiest in hokkaido IMO

    You are going to need hakuba backcountry for the biggest lines in japan. BC definately has the terrain but terrain is nothing without snow. Japan has the snow but the terrain is not as good (on average). There are spots but you have to discover them ;-)

    I think go native could find something to get angry about no matter where he lived. Dont worry though mate, as soon as the gov works off enough debt your mob will get back in and dig the hole back to where it is now. Your time will come, and I wont be angry when it does, theres a message in there for you should you choose to see it ;-)
