After some more rain/sleet, we got some proper snow in the evening yesterday and there has been around 5-10cm of snow across the region.

We have another 10cm of fresh snow around town areas since yesterday morning.

First up, Kagura and Yuzawa Kogen are closed today.

Fine and sunny weather yesterday... and kind of warm, too.

This morning there is cloud around but also blue sky and sunshine.

Just like how sometimes when it doesn't snow, it doesn't seem to want to snow; sometimes, when it starts snowing, it doesn't seem to want to quit!

For a while during the day yesterday it was snowing as heavily as it has been this season so far.

There was a short period early afternoon yesterday when we saw some blue sky and even a bit of sunshine.

It has been snowing since the report yesterday, heavily at times.

Excellent news this morning with snow coming down in true Yuzawa style.

Earlier this morning there was a lot of cloud around, but it has been clearing and there is a lot of blue sky around now.

It has been snowing on and off since yesterday, though there's not that much to report in terms of new cm.

Good news too, this morning. Kagura, Yuzawa Kogen and Maiko Snow Resort are all reporting 30cm of fresh snowfall.

Yesterday was a beautiful day and it felt quite warm out there.
