It's not a very exciting one today and not the best way to end February... it's raining, even up at GALA Yuzawa and Kagura by all accounts.

Another 10cm since yesterday - the car didn't move yesterday and that's what is on the top of the car this morning.

It didn't really stop snowing for long yesterday, though this morning we have around 10cm or so of fresh snow outside.

Morning from Yuzawa. It didn't get that cold overnight last night, only down to around -1 degree and that's where we are now at 9am.

Snow on and off for most of the day yesterday along with some blowy winds making it feel colder than it actually was.

It hasn't stopped snowing much at all recently, though the snowfall is less intense than it was on Saturday in particular.

A few cm of snow on my car this morning but it looks like more on the mountain with Kagura reporting 10-20cm, Naeba reporting 5cm, Maiko reporting 20cm.

Heavy snow, strong winds at times, blocked roads, shut down trains and roads... both train and road connections.

It's snowing heavily this morning. And we have a fair bit as well.

Light snow on and off again this morning so far - just a few cm overnight and that's pretty much what the skijo are reporting as well, including Kagura.

The sun did make it out at times yesterday but it ended up being more cloudy than was forecast for most of the day.

Periods of sun yesterday but mostly it was cloudy and we even got a bit of wet snow falling later on in the afternoon and evening.

Yesterday the snow was falling for most of the day again though not a huge amount to show for it really.

It was snowing for the day yesterday, with another 10cm or so down here in town during the day and perhaps another 5cm or so this morning.
