More fresh snow to report this cold morning.

It is a good morning here in Shiga Kogen. The fresh snow that we wanted is here.

Well, this morning it feels a bit more winter-like - I even have some fresh snow to report which is a nice surprise.

All change It's the last day of the long weekend.

Early report this morning and after the warmer conditions yesterday, it is colder this morning and there is a bit of snow on the ground.

Some more snow since my report yesterday during the daytime but this morning we have clearer skies and it is calmer, though it didn't get really windy yesterday (or not as much as we were warned it might).

Kumanoyu and Yakebitaiyama are both reporting about 15cm of fresh snowfall, wit the latter hinting at more on the mountain. My over enthusiastic friend (bless him) is reporting more than 30cm

Another layer of snow to add to what we got up to yesterday morning.

It is a good morning here in Shiga Kogen. Not if you want clear and sunny skies.

After the stormy weather, it's sunny this morning and I think it's safe to say it will likely be the best morning of the season so far.

It's another morning where the number is kind of difficult due to wind blown areas and regional variations.

We have another mixed bag of conditions this morning. It is snowing over at Okushiga Kogen. Yakebitaiyama are reporting 5cm of fresh snowfall.

A generally cloudy feel this morning after some light snow earlier on, but clearer in some places and generally now quite bright.
