It feels like winter!

Kumanoyu and Yakebitaiyama are both reporting about 15cm of fresh snowfall, with the latter hinting at more on the mountain. My over enthusiastic friend (bless him) is reporting more than 30cm.
I can report 17cm from my two measuring points. So all in all I reckon that you can expect at least 15cm and probably more across the area this morning which is good to be able to report.
It's not too windy but stronger winds are forecast for later on in the day.
I should have more cm to report tomorrow as it is still snowing...
All areas and connections at Shiga Kogen are now open (with just a few minor exceptions).
