Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
More fresh snow to report this cold morning.
Kumanoyu are reporting 20cm of fresh snow; the Yakebitaiyama resort area is reporting a whopping 50cm 'since yesterday' (whilst adding just 10cm to their official snow depth number... I know... take it up with them, not me!)
Whatever, fresh snow is good to report. And conditions should be good this morning.
Cloud and some light snow lingering early morning but there are some areas with the sun trying to peek through. Whether that's just a blip or a sign of a clear up, we'll just have to see.
All areas and connections at Shiga Kogen are now open (with just a few minor exceptions).
