Morning from Shiga Kogen.
It's another morning where the number is kind of difficult due to wind blown areas and regional variations.
The Yakebitaiyama resort is reporting 30cm of fresh snowfall. Kumanoyu are reporting a very low 10cm which I am really surprised about, it seems really low. My over-enthusiastic friend is talking half a metre again.
I need to go with my trusted spot (with nearby backup checks) any my number is 37cm.
A specific number isn't the important thing though - it's the fact that we have fresh snowfall and conditions this morning are a bit wild.
Tomorrow should be calmer with good visibility.
Almost all courses and connections at Shiga Kogen are now open with just a few minor exceptions.
