Good morning from Shiga Kogen.
Early report this morning and after the warmer conditions yesterday, it is colder this morning and there is a bit of snow on the ground. The roads are covered and it is snowing right now so there'll be more cm to report tomorrow.
Limited visibility out there.
All areas and connections at Shiga Kogen are now open (with just a few minor exceptions).
