The ski area reports 15cm of fresh snowfall on the top Yamabiko area this morning. (There has just been a dusting around base areas).

Down here in the village it looks foggy and we have a thick blanket of low cloud, but up on the top area of the mountain there's some blue sky and even some sunshine.

A nice surprise this morning, with over 10cm of fresh snow on the ground, and the ski area is reporting 20cm on upper areas (in addition to the 3cm reported yesterday afternoon).
