Glad we got yesterday out of the way! Rain, not good.

Just a little snowfall to report during the day yesterday, the resort itself saying there was 4-5cm on the upper Yamabiko and Uenotairs areas.

Just a little snowfall overnight with 10+cm being reported on the upper areas by the ski area.

We got some blue skies later in the day yesterday as that snow eased off.

Snow yesterday - along with a break in it during the afternoon - and more overnight.

A good old traditional 30cm or so of fresh snow here in Nozawa this morning.

It is a cold morning and we have good new layer of fresh snow this morning.

It's a chilly start to the day and the sun is out. And... blue skies!

Well I am glad to report that the rain stopped and the snow started yesterday.

It is a clear and sunny Monday morning. No wonder Naski is looking cheerful.

Well yesterday we got some sunshine in the afternoon and increasingly blue skies up there.

It took a while to get started (resort reported 1cm by lunchtime), but we have a very good layer of snow this morning.

By early afternoon yesterday it had started to snow down to Hikage - Naski had a dusting of snow on his/her head - even though it was raining below that level.
