Just a little new snow to report this morning, 2cm, and a cloudy and calm start to the weekend.

Well, we got some snow overnight; not a huge amount, but with plenty of wind to give us a lot of drifts and blowing snow in the evening.

Clear and cold this morning, with beautiful red mountains at the sunrise around 7am.

Nice day today, with some sun shining through thin clouds, a nice view of the mountains, and maybe a little snow coming in later in the day.

A tiny addition to the snowpack, as really light snow continued to fall all through yesterday and into today. cause there was a lot of birch bark bits all over the surface of the snow this morning, and some shovels blown around.

After the nice snowfall yesterday, we didn't really have all that much overnight, but it is really coming down right now.

Well, after a bit of a wait, it finally came around.

Cold and clear this morning; the big winds are over and we just have to clear up all the drifts.

After a day of pure blue skies, it's back to snow and wind today.

One of the problems with the snow/sun daily cycles that we have this year is that it gets fairly warm in the day, then freezes really hard overnight (it's been cold at night!) and then there's more wet snow added again.

A nice fall of good, heavy snow.
