The resort is reporting another 45cm up top and 30cm down at base.

I didn't need many words yesterday morning. It was my best day of the season so far, easy. The resort was busy, but it's big so there's always places to play.

66cm of fresh snowfall being reported by the resort on the top Yamabiko area since yesterday (55cm of that since 3pm); 46-61cm on lower slopes.

After a day of beautiful snow, it is a beautiful sunny morning here in Nozawa.

It's snowing again and as of 8:30am the resort is reporting 3-5cm across the mountain.

Yesterday was... good! All that lovely fresh snow on the top area of the resort was a lot of fun. A lot of people enjoying themselves out there yesterday.

Fresh snow on the ground this morning and interestingly the resort is reporting a uniform 10cm across all areas of the mountain.

Some people reading this might have a cloudy head this morning after the festival fun last night, but those getting up early and heading up the mountain should be rewarded.

A wet sleet falling when I got up but it has turned into snow and I can just about justify adding 1cm to the report.

Some fresh snow to report. The resort itself is reporting 10cm on the upper slopes, 3cm down at Nagasaka and I can add the same to my observed base report.
