It's great to see some fresh snow on the ground this morning.
The resort is reporting 20cm of fresh up on the top Yamabiko and Uenotaira areas, 10cm at Hikage and Nagasaka and 5cm down at Karasawa. I am measuring 11cm which goes on the report.
So it should be good up there.
These are not huge amounts of snow yet, of course, and we require more - and there should be more to report tomorrow, with heavier snowfall due overnight tonight.
