Woke up to some fresh, if very wet, snow. It's still coming down, light but steady, although it's piling up as slush rather than snow at our location here (about 670 meters, just below Akakan).

Not a lot of fresh snow on the ground this morning, maybe three cm, but it is a nice day out there!

The morning was, to be nice, non-descript. It even rained a bit in the Arai area of town.

Not much snow overnight - I'll be generous and say we had 2cm - but it has started up again in the last few minutes.

The sun is out, mostly, this morning with a few flakes drifting down from time to time.

A great start to March, with 60cm of snow on the ground (hard to tell, really, as there was a lot of wind involved through the night).

The day started with high winds during the night, and moved into (ugh) rain earlier.

Snow is forecast for later in the day, but right now it's sunny and nice out there.

Another jaw dropper: it kept on snowing overnight and into the morning! It looks like... it looks like a good December out there (we have no snow walls to mention this year).

Unbelievable: Myoko-style snow has returned.

The sun's out again - this is getting a bit repetitive this year!

A quick report, as I'm out in town today... pretty gray out there, with fog and some very light snow coming down from time to time. VERY light, as in just a dusting on the trees.

Yesterday's warming is over; we got some rain from the late afternoon into the night, even pretty heavy around 7, but the moon came out around 10 and the rain stopped.

A good day of snow, followed by a cloudless sky... Like to see more continuous days of snow, but we got a pretty good addition to the snowpack.
