Unbelievable: Myoko-style snow has returned.
The weather report got me with that "snow showers" stuff, but we have 41cm (where I measured in a non-wind-blown spot) and solid snowfall continuing. One time I'm glad the forecasts didn't get it right.
Pretty strong winds through the night have left some drifts; could be some wind loading higher up the mountain, so do be a little cautious if you're skiing up high. Otherwise, I'm just sitting here watch it come down at a rate of about a centimeter per hour; just hopes it keeps on going throughout the day. And also watching the areas report an increase in snowpack; always something we like to see.
