The snow storm we have been waiting for has arrived with the first signs being the increase in wind in the early hours of the morning.

Apart from the winds it is looking like a pretty good morning to head out for some turns on the groomers.

A good day to get out onto the mountain with a nice dusting of new snow this morning and some sun and blue sky making itself known.

Yesterdays warm temperatures and rain have long passed and we have received a topping up of 4cm of snow at village level.

Snow started to fall early this morning and it is still snowing lightly with around 5cm of new snow reported in the village.

There is cloud sitting above the resort this morning, only a little breeze and the slopes have been dusted with a couple cm of new snow.

There has been a good amount of snow overnight so there will be plenty of fresh powder and fresh tracks to be had out on the mountain today.

Yesterday saw a good 20cm of snow accumulate in the village with substantially more on the mountain.

Peering out the window it is looking like a perfect powder day with 5cm on the ground and another 5cm expected during the day.

It is snowing lightly at the moment which will refresh the slopes and make for some great skiing on the groomed slopes.

Today's overcast skies are producing some flat light conditions on the resort, but we are hoping these will improve during the morning.

Fairly light night regarding snow. Best to get up there early today as most of the snow that we will get today will come this morning but it will flurry throughout the day.

Another great sunny day out there but made better with the reduced winds.

It is great to see the sun again after a few days of heavy snow.
