Markie 0
Yes, it's quite expensive in HK, much more than what they would cost in the US or Canada and double the price of other donuts here. I wonder what they are charging in Japan for them.
amandanism 0
it's 12.95 for 2 dozen in the U.S. that's insane and disgusting. i feel guilty enough/had my sugar intake for the day after having one.
JPchucky 0
Ah,duh, should have figured. In Japan I always think in "roughly" in USD just by adding a decimal point. Seems a bit more difficult converting HKD. I guess the point would just go one space over leaving off the last number for a rough estimate.
JPchucky 0
While I was in the states this summer they were handing out buy one get one free coupons on dozens. I like the donuts, but I too can usually only eat one, maybe two.

So a beer outta a vending machine at 250 is HK$18 which is double the price in HK. But since I'm on hols, have to drink double my normal amount in HK.
SirJibAlot 0
I was in Shinjuku, so I stopped in for one - line was 30min! Anyway, they gave me a free donut while I was waiting in line, so I can't complain. -SJA
