damian 0
cheeseman, have you been to BirdLand in Ginza? It is a yakitori place, rather nice etc. The big hit is they have an excellent cheese yakitori. It is a serious yakitori stick of cheese all soft and melted and golden. recommended.
kintaro 0
yakitori is chicken. Do they have yakiniku "yakitori" too?
IIIII 2
I am sure there is chicken on there too. Mr Cheeseman will be pleased.
Goemon 0
Along those lines, there is also a very good cheese ramen in Ebisu on Komazawa-dori at a place called Tsukumo Ramen . They only make 200 servings of it each day though.
cheeseman 1
Well, I am overwhelmed. I got 6 private messages telling me about this new cheesefan posting! Thank you! It seems the Cheese loving community is still alive and kicking, and the pressure is on for a separate Cheese Forum, snowjapan people! It would be a wise move... I am going to have to try Birdland I think, and these other places too. They are very smart going after the huge cheese crowds out there. Not only are the foodstuffs they make delicious sounding, but also highly nutritious and fun to eat with other cheesefans too. Keep those cheese posts coming
damian 0
your welcome cheesman. there are plenty of non-chicken-on-a-stick offerings at yakitori joints. As for pedantic adherence to correct terminology.... who cares? Not me.
