5 days a week b/f the broken leg. It's been months now. I'm up 10 unwanted kilo's.

 

My complaint w/J-Gyms is that they lack enough free weights. Even somewhere as big as Crunch in Shibuya. And if you go around ojisan quitting time (weekdays around 7pm) you can hear them in the showers around you hacking up loogies/gala's...whatever you like to call 'em. It's unpleasant to hear while you clean yourself. And..as previously brought up in another thread...the stairing in the shower room if your gaijin....

 

BUT, all in all the facilities are pretty good. I've met lot's of cool people in The Gym..Can't wait to get back.

The gym rocks! It's the place where I release all my frustration, I sweat loads and it feels gooooood.

 

Plus I'm not gonna be chubby, die of heart disease and I can oggle the young ladies with pert bottoms.
