IIIII 2
Just went for a workout this morning. Phew, tired now! Good feeling though, I might just get into it....
proudtobegay 0
Lots of good bods in the gym - a good incentive to go and work out
frannyo 2
Of course I can guess, but what exactly is "interval training"?
nzlegend 1
intervals of fast and slow - 1min fast then 1min slow then 1 min fast etc. Its a killer
cal 6
Does that have any particular effect, or just a challenge?
kintaro 0
5 days a week b/f the broken leg. It's been months now. I'm up 10 unwanted kilo's. My complaint w/J-Gyms is that they lack enough free weights. Even somewhere as big as Crunch in Shibuya. And if you go around ojisan quitting time (weekdays around 7pm) you can hear them in the showers around you hacking up loogies/gala's...whatever you like to call 'em. It's unpleasant to hear while you clean yourself. And..as previously brought up in another thread...the stairing in the shower room if your gaijin.... BUT, all in all the facilities are pretty good. I've met lot's of cool people in The Gym..Can't wait to get back.
Stefan 0
The gym rocks! It's the place where I release all my frustration, I sweat loads and it feels gooooood. Plus I'm not gonna be chubby, die of heart disease and I can oggle the young ladies with pert bottoms. What more do ya want!
