whats that gaijin doing in my town

Recommended Posts

In Matsuyama, all the foreigners I've come across seem to be looking to speak. In a place the size of Tokyo with so many foreigners it would be odd, but in an inaka town it seems far more appropriate than pretending you didn't notice them.

In the bar that I frequent, if there aren't enough single seats, I'll happily introduce myself and barge into somebody's group. It's the done thing.
