jstepp 0
If you need air conditioning in a jacket... how about not wearing a jacket? Just a suggestion
happyhappy 0
Obviously you were not walking around in Chiba yesterday where it was nearly 40 degrees.

grungy-gonads 54
sakitumi you not hot even if you're wearing nothing, then? hey? HEY?
jstepp 0
Hmmmm, trying to decipher your question... wearing nothing = not hot yes this is a true statement for the most part, the less clothes you wear, the less heat stays trapped beneath your clothes, therefore wearing nothing means no heat trapped next to your skin unless the entire atmosphere around you is extremely hot, in which case I would simply find an air conditioned place to relax in. If its soooo hot outside that you need a jacket to keep you cool, whats the point of staying outside?
big-will 7
Well I'd wear one on my journey to work - train, outside, heat. Cool sounds good to me.
frannyo 2
Does this thing hear up in the winter time too? Now that would be good and solve the problem of the cold cars at night as well.
