giggsy 0
Do you have a favourite sake? I have only tried 3, they all tasted the same....
kintaro 0
I have 2 favorites. Zen and Ichinokura. Sake's are so local though it's hard to discuss with others. But I would say they truly DON'T all taste the same.
kintaro 0
Sorry, let me add to that a Niigata sake that I like called Hakkaisan. Good stuff
gamera 0
I am just an occasional drinker and seldom drink sake. But Kamozuru from Hiroshima is good.
Yuki's Passion 1
gamera, Kirei, Kamotsuru, and Kamoizumi are all really good. Put up a pic of Kirei in the why do you drink post. Great stuff. I love the Sake matsuri in Higashi-Hiroshima each year. Bottles from Okinawa to Hokkaido and all you can drink for like 1200 yen For more expensive sake, Koshinokanbai, Manju and Senju are really good! Any Jizake in Tohoku is probably great as well. Someone saying that all sake tastes the same is like arguing that all wines taste the same.
muikabochi 208
Perhaps I could start a business sending out Hakkaisan from the source
slow 0
You can try to start Sake from his list. http://www.sake-world.com/html/best-sake-picks.html I like light and dry sake better. Sake is more like for men. So, I only enjoy sake when I go to Ojisan only Izakaya. It's pretty fun!
