Fattwins 0
Yeah but for brand new product right at the start of the season? include the stupid taxes Canadians have to pay and its close man.
mattlucas 0
I guess you are right But then you don't have to buy the newest gear in North America cause they usually still have last years gear for cheaper on the rack as well
Fattwins 0
I only but the wife new gear.
mattlucas 0
Looked yesturday and found out some details Rossignol fat ski is called the Squad 132-100-122 at 191cm Unlike the B series ski this one didn't look to have a flaired tail. There is a seperate group of skis B1, B2, B3, B4 with the B4 being the old B3
Fattwins 0
The question is would you buy that heavy beast? Look at the skiers that use that thing. Hugo H YP Leblanc those guys destroy 100 foot cliffs at 80kpms+ I dont know if I want a ski like that.
mattlucas 0
I'm not in anyway in the market Just talking the shit and trying to figure out what Rossignol is doing with it's B series ski
Fattwins 0
I know Im just bantering on back. did you plug your shuskans big core shot? I like fishers new line and will buy the 106 in 07.
mattlucas 0
I did Had to do it twice though. First time I was cutting away the extra and it all came out so on the second time instead of cutting I filed and it looks pretty good. Real test will be on the snow I guess You like the big stix eh. So you will by in 07 but the 07 ski or an older model?
Fattwins 0
the 06 model maybe. but 190cms that or the line prohet or sumo volkl
marnix 0
07 seems very far away on planning to buy anything. Maybe something comes up before then. But right now the Fischer BS106 rocks and the new line looks good too (much better than lime green B4s)
Fattwins 0
Im budgeting for 2 seasons in advvance most of the time. that said if I get a line on a pair of 190 deep powders ill buy them first.
mattlucas 0
I think I've told you but there is that pair of 10.6s at my store in a 190 Big ****in ski Are you getting new powder boards this year Sanno?
mattlucas 0
I think BD has a new fat ski as well this year
marnix 0
Well I have my Dynastar Legend Pro (185) from last season. I'm thinking of selling them. I am not using them enough and skiing through the mogulds with them in Nozawa wasn't fun either. I still have my Legend 8800 and my old BIGs, plus some never used Atomic Powder Cruise. marnix 0
Another thing about Pow skis. What do you like better. A ski with stiff flex or soft flex? I used to like the soft skis in combination with Raichle boots. With my stiff, new boots I can't make-up my mind.
Fattwins 0
not using the pow skis enough in japan? Dude come take a ride on the fattwins train then.
marnix 0
I prefer longer skis over wider skis. That's all. with my L8800 178 I can do it all but in if I need more ski/floatation I end up using longer skis than 185. I really have to force myself using them. The ski itself is fine, but I would like it a little bit longer that's all.
Fattwins 0
how tall are you?
marnix 0
180. So 185 should be ok 190 is good 195 is great but a tad too long for easy tree skiing.
