firedog23 0
Arbor makes some relly nice boards. I have the A-Frame on the way but the Arbor Push is their best looking one. To bad it is made for women. I curse the Snowboard Gods for this!!!!
firedog23 0
Pic doesn't show up. Go to this link to see it. www.arborsports.com
ncorrenti 0
Not really my style of ski but the design is kinda cool. Sort of like a Picasso: Rossi\'s Pucci WP
Ocean11 0
firedog23, I beg to differ, the A-Frame is the classic snowboard, not the voguish Push. Those Tao skids are a better try at Oriental stylee.
krotch 0
Burton's Custom X graphics. It's plain. It allows you to slap stickers all over it, without covering up whatever else. Customization.
Ski Beaver 0
I'm biased but the Gotama gets my pick for the best grpahics.
damian 0
Skis: I liked Danz's Gandalf skis from a few seasons ago. Board: Burtom Custom X that I borrowed and rode through out my short season last year. One of the few boards I have been visually attracted to (dark and ultra plain with up close detail). I recon boards look good with a black/dark top sheet and white base. edit! Just reads krotche's post above. Man, spot on. I honest had not read yours first. Indicates just how nice those decks really do look (and ride)
Goemon 0
I've got a Woodie: Pure and simple.
krotch 0
Ya, I have a Nidecker 151. I slapped an Asuka sticker near the back of the board.

damian 0
Does any one else slide a woody? If so, do you take your woody into the back country? Does the patrol say dame? Goemon's pad contains snowboards made of furniture material (wood) and furniture made of snowboards. Honest. He is a strange one.
bushpig 0
It makes it hard to get through the narrow spaces between the trees...
damian 0
I find it is over much faster if there are no trees.
bushpig 0
Maybe getting into the bushy areas is good with a woody too. But only if you can find a way thru...
Ocean11 0
I like a go-faster stripe or two. Offset is best, but failing that, symmetrical will do. Which company was it that made the all black board with a silver throwing star 'inlaid' (Nitro maybe?) That was a nice design.
damian 0
Yes, but if the season is bad, NEVER duck any ropes. NEVER.
bushpig 0
Yeah you have gotta be careful not to get it caught in the lift either...
advantyper 0
the Burton Vapor, the finish and clearcoat on the board is mirror finish, just like an expensive automobile paint job. The graphic looks super too, at a distance you only see flames, but look closely you see the skull.
mattlucas 0
This is almost funnier than the sex in the bush thread I find Japan to be bushier than other places I don't mind so much. You just have to part it and go right in. But it would be nice if they did a little trimming
bushpig 0
I have a few friends who I've heard talk for hours on the very topic! You know having a certain amount of flex in your woody isn't a bad thing either...
Ocean11 0
A friend of mine sustained some quite nasty damage to the topsheet of his woody by taking it through the bushes, and some discussion with the resort followed. On his next visit he found that the bushes had been removed entirely.
